How much is shipping?
$9 CAD flat rate anywhere in Canada. Free shipping on Canadian orders over $75.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada. US and international shipping coming soon — if you're outside Canada and want to order, email us and we'll figure it out.

How long does shipping take?
1-3 business days processing, then 2-7 business days in transit depending on where you are. Toronto orders often arrive next-day.

Returns + Exchanges

What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unworn, tagged product. Contact us and we'll send a return label.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes — email us within 30 days and we'll swap it out.

Are the socks true to size?
Yes. Standard fit. Cuff sits mid-calf for most feet. Check the size guide for exact sizing.

What's the grip on the sole?
Silicone dot pattern for anti-slip stability on court. Also great for pilates, barre, yoga — anywhere you don't want to slip.

Is the hat one-size?
Yes, one-size-fits-most 5-panel with adjustable strap at the back. Low-profile fit works for most head shapes.
